Goodbye tummy: weight loss journal: day 11 & 12

Day 11 & 12:

Okie, have been following the diet plan very strictly (given those few times when I do snack on a bourbon biscuit or two) . But when it comes to  my exercise routine, I haven't moved a muscle in a week's time....I cant have this conscience hovering on me anymore..this is what happens if you fall off the wagon. Anyway, tomorrow onwards I plan to no only get on my bike 20 min-4 times a day but also couple it  with an hour's strength training as well...
Fingers crossed, man!!!
